The Opportunity

Position: Assistant Analyst Graduate Trainee Program Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Employment Level: Entry Location: GTA Offices (Toronto, Pickering) Department: Multiple Reports to: Multiple Engineering Leads Hours per week: 37.5 Number Required: Multiple across GTA office locations

Program Details

The Graduate Trainee Program is designed for newly graduated engineering and science students to gain hands-on experience across various departments. Choose a Rotational Program for exposure across multiple disciplines and locations, or a Specialist Program to deepen expertise in a single area.

Work & Accountabilities

  • Provide technical and analytical support on diverse projects.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and technical project management.
  • Coordinate deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to write procedures, reports, and models.
  • Create progress reports and maintain quality assurance documents.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Minimum 4-year degree in engineering, science or mathematics (postgraduate encouraged).
  • Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or nuclear industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, technical project management, and laboratory exposure beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to work on diverse technical tasks and customer sites across Ontario and potentially internationally.
