Position: Assistant Analyst Graduate Trainee Program Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Employment Level: Entry Location: GTA Offices (Toronto, Pickering) Department: Multiple Reports to: Multiple Engineering Leads Hours per week: 37.5 Number Required: Multiple across GTA office locations
Program Details
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed for newly graduated engineering and science students to gain hands-on experience across various departments. Choose a Rotational Program for exposure across multiple disciplines and locations, or a Specialist Program to deepen expertise in a single area.
Work & Accountabilities
- Provide technical and analytical support on diverse projects.
- Assist in proposal preparation and technical project management.
- Coordinate deliverables across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with teams to write procedures, reports, and models.
- Create progress reports and maintain quality assurance documents.
What You Need To Succeed
- Minimum 4-year degree in engineering, science or mathematics (postgraduate encouraged).
- Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or nuclear industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, technical project management, and laboratory exposure beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work on diverse technical tasks and customer sites across Ontario and potentially internationally.
