About Warehouse Operator at Kindeva Drug Delivery

At Kindeva we make products that save lives, ensuring better health and well-being for patients around the world. As a Warehouse Operator, you will perform a variety of routine warehouse functions in a GMP regulated environment.

Impact and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include material handling, shipping, receiving, kitting, staging, replenishment, waste disposal/recycling preparation, cycle counting, and transportation between sites using a box truck. You will also operate forklifts including narrow aisle swing-lift and other material handling equipment.

  • Operate swing reach lift for narrow aisle picking safely.
  • Manage inbound/outbound transactions and transfer orders.
  • Perform sample transfers and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate material movement with production, supply chain, and plant engineering.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for training purposes.

Collaboration and Leadership

You will work closely with departments such as supply chain, QCD, MQA, and facilities to solve issues related to shortages and discrepancies. Leadership responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.

Technical and Safety Requirements

Experience with ERP warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and quality management systems is essential. Candidates must demonstrate safe working practices and be capable of reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse operator experience
  • Prior forklift certification or ability to certify within 30 days
  • Possession of Class A, B, or C CDL with air brakes and HAZMAT certification
  • Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and job fitness physical
