Role Overview: Content Editor
The Content Editor will lead the full content production cycle for Kin.com. Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will outline, assign, edit, and publish high-quality home insurance content in collaboration with the marketing team, Senior SEO Manager, and freelance writers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end editorial process for content on Kin.com.
- Develop content outlines and briefs based on SEO, GEO, and audience needs.
- Edit content for clarity, grammar, tone, and SEO best practices.
- Maintain the editorial calendar ensuring consistent publishing cadence.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee freelance writers and provide constructive feedback.
- Use tools like Airtable, JIRA, and Google Workspace for workflow management.
