Your Job
The Talent Business Partner IFP - Gilboa & Tzrifin supports the Logistics team by driving performance and executing HR strategies in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Israel Senior TBP IFP, you are a key member of the HR Local Leadership team, responsible for engaging employees, partnering with business leaders, and managing key HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall HR for the Logistics team (~300 employees across Gilboa and Tzrifin sites)
- Partner with COE teams including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations
- Manage Labour Relations with Union representatives
- Lead Inclusion & Diversity strategies to achieve representation and inclusion goals
Requirements
- Extensive HR Partnering experience, ideally in Logistics
- Labour relations management experience
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and successful track record partnering with executives
