Your Job

The Talent Business Partner IFP - Gilboa & Tzrifin supports the Logistics team by driving performance and executing HR strategies in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Israel Senior TBP IFP, you are a key member of the HR Local Leadership team, responsible for engaging employees, partnering with business leaders, and managing key HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall HR for the Logistics team (~300 employees across Gilboa and Tzrifin sites)
  • Partner with COE teams including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations
  • Manage Labour Relations with Union representatives
  • Lead Inclusion & Diversity strategies to achieve representation and inclusion goals

Requirements

  • Extensive HR Partnering experience, ideally in Logistics
  • Labour relations management experience
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and successful track record partnering with executives
