The Role of a Sales Financial Analyst

The Sales Financial Analyst will serve as a business partner to the Sales Division at Kimberly-Clark Israel, aligning with the company's business needs. This involves:

  • Working closely with Sales Division management.
  • Monitoring and controlling Sales Division performance in close cooperation with Sales Division Managers and the VP.
  • Building budgets and performing budgetary control.
  • Analyzing periodic results and performance against targets.

Responsibilities

  • Building the Sales Division budget and performing budgetary control.
  • Monitoring and tracking the results and performance of the Sales Division according to defined KPIs, raising flags, highlighting gaps, and providing recommendations to management and business partners.
  • Conducting financial analysis of Gross To Net (GTN) sales to gain a deep understanding of the company's discount, incentive, and promotional policies, with the goal of identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Trade Unit, which is an integral part of the Sales Division, on all matters related to pricing policy, providing discounts, pricing new products, and more.
  • Building weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting forecasts for the company.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting; a Master's degree in Management (MBA) will be considered an advantage.
  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A/Sales Division Financial Analyst – mandatory.
  • Experience in business analysis for a manufacturing company, with a significant advantage in working with the Sales and/or Marketing Division.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate messages and manage interactions with various stakeholders within the company.
  • Problem-solving ability, financial information analysis, and drawing conclusions through identifying problems, providing solutions, and presenting findings.
  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a global, multi-interface environment.
  • High level of English proficiency.
