Job Overview
The Market Sales Manager is responsible for a specific geographic territory in Greater Los Angeles, California, with a focus on Distribution Partners, A&D firms, and end users. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this role drives profitable quota attainment through effective relationship building, strategic planning, and the utilization of business support tools.
Responsibilities
The candidate will:
- Develop and implement territory business strategies.
- Manage and review territory business plans to exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and evaluate the territory distribution grid regularly.
- Communicate plans supporting vertical and target markets.
- Manage both day-to-day and project business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners, A&D community, and end users.
- Utilize business support materials and CRM (SalesForce) for forecasting and tracking.
- Apply company product and marketing knowledge in daily operations.
- Train and motivate dealer sales teams and management.
- Apply negotiation and business planning skills in support of a consulting role.
- Promote cohesive team relationships and safe/responsible behavior.
- Leverage the Los Angeles showroom with a flexible schedule based on market demand.
