What You'll Do
In this part-time role (20+ hours per week), you will inspire and coach kids by leading dynamic fitness classes, connecting with families, driving sales, and supporting operations through light administrative tasks. It is a blend of hands-on coaching and behind-the-scenes work.
- Lead approximately 12 engaging classes weekly.
- Build positive relationships with parents and members.
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Assist with inventory management and communication tasks.
What You'll Bring
A passion for kids and fitness, a growth mindset, sales and operational savvy, and leadership skills are essential. Experience with children and fitness is highly preferred and educational background in business, education, or related fields is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products are required.
Certifications & Physical Demands
You must be CPR, First Aid, and EpiPen certified (and keep them current). The role requires physical activity including demonstrating exercises, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and sustained aerobic effort.
