Job Description
Role: Wealth Transfer Specialist
Keystone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Wealth Transfer Specialist on behalf of one of our clients. This 100% remote role involves supporting the development of advanced financial intelligence systems by applying real-world estate planning and wealth transfer expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated financial analysis.
The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience advising clients on estate, trust, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. You should also be comfortable translating complex planning logic into structured, high-quality written feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to estate and wealth transfer planning.
- Assess strategies involving trusts, gifting structures, and tax-efficient asset transfers.
- Provide expert feedback on estate tax, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax scenarios.
- Evaluate planning approaches for liquidity events, succession planning, and family governance.
- Structure and annotate case-based planning scenarios for AI training.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance risks in AI-generated recommendations.
- Collaborate with research teams to improve model accuracy in financial planning workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, estate planning, trust advisory, private banking, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in estate, gift, and transfer tax planning.
- Experience advising clients on trust structures and intergenerational planning strategies.
- Ability to review and interpret technical financial and legal documentation.
- Strong analytical writing and structured feedback skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, or comparable professional experience.
- Experience in multi-family office, RIA, or fiduciary advisory environments.
- Familiarity with cross-border wealth transfer considerations.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing financial planning strategies.
Engagement Details
This is an independent contractor engagement, fully remote with flexible scheduling. The role is project-based or part-time, requiring approximately 10–20 hours per week. Hourly compensation ranges from $80–$120, depending on experience and scope, with weekly payments via secure platforms.
Applicants must be legally authorized to perform independent contractor services in their country of residence.
