Video Editing Specialist - Post-Production Specialist
Keystone Recruitment is seeking a talented Video Editing Specialist to create professional video content and meticulously document complete editing workflows. This role demands showcasing your full post-production process, from raw footage to final delivery, as a flexible hourly contractor operating globally and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Video Editing: Execute complete video projects using industry-standard editing software, covering everything from raw footage import through final export and delivery.
- Workflow Documentation: Clearly articulate editing decisions, sequencing choices, and problem-solving techniques through comprehensive written and verbal explanations.
- Asset Organization: Efficiently organize, label, and manage raw footage, audio tracks, graphics, and exported files, ensuring smooth team handoff and robust archiving.
- Narrative & Pacing: Apply expert timing to structure compelling video stories, optimizing visual flow, transitions, and audience engagement for maximum impact.
- Quality Refinement: Skillfully refine rough cuts, optimize transitions, perform color grading, and resolve technical/creative challenges to deliver professional-grade results.
