Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Video Editing: Execute complete video projects using industry-standard editing software, from raw footage import through final export and delivery.
- Workflow Documentation: Clearly articulate editing decisions, sequencing choices, and problem-solving techniques through written and verbal explanations.
- Asset Organization: Efficiently organize, label, and manage raw footage, audio tracks, graphics, and exported files for team handoff and archiving.
- Narrative & Pacing: Apply expertise in timing to structure compelling video stories with optimal visual flow, transitions, and audience engagement.
- Quality Refinement: Refine rough cuts, optimize transitions, color grade, and solve technical/creative challenges to achieve professional results.
Required Skills
- Professional video editing experience (complete project delivery).
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
