Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Video Editing: Execute complete video projects using industry-standard editing software, covering everything from raw footage import through final export and delivery.
- Workflow Documentation: Clearly articulate editing decisions, sequencing choices, and problem-solving techniques through written and verbal explanations.
- Asset Organization: Efficiently organize, label, and manage raw footage, audio tracks, graphics, and exported files for seamless team handoff and archiving.
- Narrative & Pacing: Apply expertise in timing to structure compelling video stories, ensuring optimal visual flow, transitions, and audience engagement.
- Quality Refinement: Refine rough cuts, optimize transitions, color grade, and resolve technical or creative challenges to achieve professional-grade results.
