About the Role of Technical Program Manager IV
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager IV to lead and optimize a portfolio of data science initiatives. This pivotal role bridges analytics, strategic planning, and program management, ensuring that data-driven projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Oversight & Strategic Alignment
- Drive execution and visibility across operational and transformative data science initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to define long-term strategy, priorities, and focus areas.
- Align technical roadmaps with organizational OKRs and business objectives.
- Develop executive-ready reporting on milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.
Project Intake & Resource Management
- Design and streamline project intake frameworks.
- Balance resources across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Improve project throughput, timeline adherence, and delivery efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively.
Analytical Leadership
- Leverage advanced analytics to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Guide teams on modeling approaches, analytical design, and data visualization standards.
