One of our clients is actively seeking experienced Strategy Managers to support a leading AI research lab focused on advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This hourly contract role emphasizes applying your operational and management expertise to diagnose, analyze, and effectively address real-world challenges that directly inform AI research and infrastructure development. This engagement offers significant flexibility, independence, and a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives from a global remote setting.

As a Strategy Manager, you will be an independent contractor responsible for delivering professional insights and content. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills to articulate complex operational concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common general management and operations scenarios.
• Analyze operational challenges thoroughly and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
• Review and refine AI-generated content specifically related to management, operations, and organizational decision-making.
• Provide critical domain-specific insights to help identify gaps or limitations in current AI system outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in general management, operations, or a closely related field.
• Strong written communication skills, demonstrating excellent grammar and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate operational concepts, processes, and decision frameworks.
• Comfort working independently and effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Engagement Details

• This is a fully remote, independent contractor role.
• Expected workload is approximately 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours based on project needs.
• Project start is immediate, with an initial duration of approximately 3–4 weeks, and potential for extension based on performance.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Hourly compensation is market-indexed, aligned with role scope, experience, and applicable local labor standards, ranging from USD 90-150/hour.
• Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
• Engagement is strictly on an independent contractor basis, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.

Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in their country of residence within the specified regions (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia).
