Strategy Managers

Overview

The Strategy Managers role at Keystone Recruitment supports a leading AI research lab by applying operational and management expertise to diagnose, analyze, and address real-world challenges in AI research and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and professional deliverables for management scenarios.
• Analyze operational challenges and offer well-reasoned recommendations.
• Review and refine AI-generated content related to operations and decision-making.
• Provide domain-specific insights to identify gaps in AI system outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in general management or operations.
• Strong written communication with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate operational concepts and decision frameworks.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Engagement Details

This is a fully remote, independent contractor role with an expected workload of approximately 15 hours per week, scalable up to 30+ hours. The project starts immediately, with an initial duration of 3–4 weeks and potential extension based on performance.

Compensation & Contract Terms

Hourly compensation is market-indexed (USD 90-150/hour) and payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise. The engagement is on an independent contractor basis, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
