Job Summary
The Statistical Analyst role at Keystone Recruitment is a fully remote, hourly contract position. You will use your expertise in statistical methodology, data validation, and AI model training to support the development and refinement of AI-driven systems. Your work will be essential in ensuring data integrity, methodological rigor, and ethical best practices across a range of analytical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets for patterns and trends
- Evaluate and refine statistical methodologies for validity and efficiency
- Prepare, clean, and validate data for AI model training
- Develop reports and visualizations including charts and narratives
- Recommend appropriate statistical techniques for research and AI goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable improvements
- Conduct data quality assurance checks including normalization and anomaly detection
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and ethical AI principles
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must have demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and methodology evaluation. Advanced proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, and SPSS is required. Candidates should also possess strong experience in data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance processes, as well as exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Experience in AI model development or machine learning workflows and knowledge of data privacy frameworks will be an added advantage.
