Keystone Recruitment's client is actively inviting Startup Founders and Early Operators to contribute their expertise by documenting and reviewing data systems they've successfully built or managed within mid-size startups (20–150 people).
This unique engagement seeks individuals with firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems in dynamic startup environments. Your role will involve meticulously documenting architectural decisions and critically reviewing how operational data effectively supports crucial business decision-making processes.
Who This Is For
- Experienced Founders: You possess a proven track record of building or managing complex internal systems within high-growth settings.
- Startup Veterans: Demonstrated prior experience in a high-growth startup environment (20–150 people) is a mandatory requirement.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize your experience with architectural complexity and robust system design over specific industry knowledge.
- Availability: You must be able to commit to a short-term, clearly defined research engagement.
Engagement Details
- Scope: This role focuses on retrospective documentation and a comprehensive technical review of previously constructed systems.
- Privacy: This is a private research initiative. Comprehensive technical specifications and compensation details will be disclosed following an initial screening process.
Important Notes
- We are exclusively seeking CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders for this engagement.
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor, offering flexibility and autonomy.
- This is a fully remote position, allowing you to complete projects on your own schedule.
- Project durations are adaptable; they can be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on evolving needs and performance.
