Keystone Recruitment's client is actively seeking Startup Founders and Early Operators to contribute to a research initiative. This involves documenting and reviewing data systems that you have built or managed within mid-size startups (20–150 employees).
We are looking for individuals with direct, firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems in startup environments. The engagement focuses on documenting architectural decisions and evaluating how operational data supports critical business decision-making.

- Experienced Founders: You possess a proven track record of building or managing complex internal systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Startup Veterans: Essential prior experience in a high-growth startup, specifically within organizations of 20–150 people.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize the complexity and ingenuity of architectural solutions over specific industry expertise.
- Availability: The ability to commit to a short-term, clearly defined research engagement is required.
Engagement Details
- Scope: This role involves the retrospective documentation and technical review of data systems previously built or managed.
- Privacy: This is a private research effort. Comprehensive technical specifications and compensation details will be provided following an initial screening.

- We are exclusively hiring CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders for this role.
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a fully remote position offering flexibility to complete work on your own schedule.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on project needs and individual performance.
