Our client, Keystone Recruitment, is actively seeking experienced Startup Founders and Early Operators for a unique, short-term research engagement. This fully remote, global opportunity invites individuals to document and review data systems they have built or managed within mid-size startups (20–150 people).
You will leverage your firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems in high-growth startup environments. The engagement involves meticulously documenting architectural decisions and evaluating how operational data effectively supports critical business decision-making processes.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experienced Founders: Individuals who have successfully built or managed complex internal systems in high-growth environments.
- Startup Veterans: Proven prior experience within a high-growth startup context (companies ranging from 20 to 150 employees) is essential.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize your expertise in architectural complexity over specific industry experience.
- Availability: Capability to commit to a clearly defined, short-term research engagement.
Engagement Details:
- Scope: This role focuses on retrospective documentation and a technical review of previously implemented systems.
- Privacy: All aspects of this engagement are part of a private research effort. Comprehensive technical specifications and compensation details will be disclosed following an initial screening process.
Please Note:
- Only CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders will be considered for this role.
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility to complete tasks on your own schedule.
- Project durations are adaptable and can be extended, shortened, or concluded based on evolving needs and performance.
