One of our clients, in collaboration with Keystone Recruitment, is actively seeking experienced Founders and Early Operators for a unique remote research engagement.
We are inviting individuals to help us document and review data systems they’ve built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 people).
About the Role
As a Startup Founder, you will play a crucial role in documenting and reviewing data systems that you have either built or managed in mid-size startups. This opportunity requires individuals with firsthand experience in constructing, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within fast-paced startup environments.
Your primary responsibilities will involve:
- Documenting architectural decisions behind data systems.
- Reviewing how operational data effectively supports business decision-making.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experienced Founders: Individuals who have successfully built or managed complex internal systems in high-growth environments.
- Startup Veterans: Mandatory prior experience in a high-growth startup, specifically within companies sized 20–150 people.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize architectural complexity and your expertise in system building over specific industry experience.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a clearly scoped, short-term research engagement.
Engagement Details
This is a private research effort focused on retrospective documentation and technical review of previously implemented systems. Full technical specifications and compensation details will be provided after an initial screening process.
Important Considerations
- This engagement is exclusively for CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders.
- You will be onboarded as an independent contractor.
- The role is fully remote, offering flexibility to complete tasks on your own schedule.
- Project duration can be adjusted (extended, shortened, or concluded early) based on evolving needs and performance.
