The Startup Founders role is a remote independent contractor engagement with Keystone Recruitment. One of our clients is looking for founders and early operators to document and review internal data systems built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 employees).

Engagement Details
The engagement involves retrospective documentation and technical review of architectural decisions and operational data systems. It is a private research effort with full technical specifications and compensation details shared after an initial screening. This is a short-term, clearly scoped research role that can be extended, shortened, or concluded based on performance.
