Overview of the Startup Founders Role
One of Keystone Recruitment's clients is actively seeking Startup Founders and Early Operators to contribute to documenting and reviewing data systems they have either built or managed within mid-size startups (20–150 people).
We are specifically looking for individuals with firsthand, demonstrable experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within dynamic startup environments. This engagement primarily focuses on documenting crucial architectural decisions and thoroughly reviewing how operational data effectively supports business decision-making processes.

- Experienced Founders: Candidates who have successfully built or meticulously managed non-trivial internal systems in high-growth startup settings.
- Startup Veterans: Prior experience within a high-growth startup environment (specifically 20–150 people) is a mandatory requirement for this role.

- Availability: You must be able to commit to a short-term, clearly defined research engagement.
Engagement Specifics
- Scope: This role involves retrospective documentation and a comprehensive technical review of previously built data systems.

- We are exclusively hiring CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders for this particular engagement.
