About the Startup Founders Role at Keystone Recruitment
Keystone Recruitment's client is actively seeking experienced Startup Founders and Early Operators to contribute to a critical research initiative. This engagement focuses on the meticulous documentation and expert review of internal data systems that you have personally built or managed within mid-size startup environments (20-150 people).
As a Startup Founder, you will leverage your firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling data and reporting infrastructures in high-growth settings. The core of this role involves articulating architectural decisions and analyzing how operational data effectively supports strategic business decision-making within a startup context.

- Experienced Founders: Individuals who have successfully built or managed complex internal data systems in high-growth environments.
- Startup Veterans: Demonstrated prior experience within a high-growth startup, specifically those with 20-150 employees, is essential.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize your expertise in architectural complexity and data system design over specific industry experience.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a clearly defined, short-term research engagement.
Engagement Details
This is a retrospective documentation and technical review project concerning previously developed systems. It is a private research effort, and comprehensive technical specifications along with compensation details will be shared following an initial screening process.

- Only CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders will be considered for this unique opportunity.
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a 100% remote role, offering the flexibility to complete tasks on your own schedule.
- Project durations are adaptable and can be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on evolving needs and performance.
