Our client, supported by Keystone Recruitment, is spearheading a critical data collection initiative aimed at enhancing AI systems' comprehension of intricate software interfaces and real-world, multi-step professional workflows. Current datasets often lack the specialized insights needed to accurately represent authentic software usage. This project directly addresses this deficiency by gathering high-quality screen annotations and recordings from seasoned professionals operating within live digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the project phase, your involvement may encompass one or both of the following core activities:

• Record detailed screen sessions, demonstrating specific professional workflows, accompanied by clear verbal narration explaining each step comprehensively.
• Accurately annotate screenshots by meticulously drawing precise bounding boxes around pertinent UI elements.
• Follow precise staging instructions to configure specific UI states before commencing recording sessions.
• Utilize a custom capture tool to ensure workflows are recorded with accuracy and consistency.
• Adhere rigorously to detailed task guidelines to guarantee optimal data quality and usability for AI research.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess strong familiarity with one or more of the following professional tools:

• Blender
• Godot
• GIMP
• RWings 3D

Additionally, successful candidates will be:

• Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to follow structured instructions precisely.
• Comfortable working autonomously and capable of consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Able to access a physical Mac and create a fresh macOS user profile if project requirements dictate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data collection, annotation, or quality assurance (QA) work.
• Demonstrated experience in recording or documenting professional workflows.
• Adept at working with new tools and navigating staged environments effectively.

Contract & Payment Terms

• This is an independent contractor engagement.
• The role offers a fully remote, flexible schedule.
• Project duration may vary (extended, shortened, or concluded) based on evolving needs and performance.
• No access to confidential or proprietary employer information is required.
• Weekly payments are processed via Stripe or Wise, based on accurately logged hours.
