Our client, supported by Keystone Recruitment, is spearheading a high-priority data collection initiative to enhance AI systems' comprehension of intricate software interfaces and real-world, multi-step professional workflows. Current datasets often lack the specialized insights needed to accurately reflect authentic software usage. This project directly addresses this deficiency by gathering high-quality screen annotations and recordings from seasoned professionals operating within live digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Record screen sessions, providing clear verbal narration for each step of specific workflows.
• Annotate screenshots by accurately drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements.
• Configure specific UI states following provided staging instructions prior to recording.
• Utilize a custom capture tool to record workflows consistently and accurately.
• Adhere meticulously to detailed task guidelines to ensure optimal data quality and usability.

Required Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with one or more professional tools: Blender, Godot, GIMP, RWings 3D.
• Exceptional detail-orientation with the ability to follow complex structured instructions precisely.
• Comfortable working autonomously and consistently meeting stringent deadlines.
• Possess a physical Mac and the capability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data collection, annotation, or quality assurance (QA) work.
• Experience in recording or documenting professional workflows.
• Comfortable adapting to and working with new tools and staged environments.

Contract & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote position with a flexible schedule.
• Projects are subject to extension, shortening, or conclusion based on evolving needs and performance.
• No access to confidential or proprietary employer information is required.
• Weekly payments processed via Stripe or Wise, based on logged hours.
