Software Engineers
Keystone Recruitment is seeking highly skilled Software Engineers to join their client's team for high-impact special projects. This 100% remote opportunity is perfect for experienced engineers who excel in dynamic environments and enjoy tackling complex, open-ended technical challenges.
Role Overview
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to advanced initiatives requiring strong system design, rapid execution, and independent ownership.
Ideal Profile
- Strong background in software engineering with experience delivering production-grade systems
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-impact projects
- Experience building scalable systems, tools, or infrastructure
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, research-driven or experimental environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Engagement Details
- Hourly contract: USD 100–200 per hour (based on experience and expertise)
- Fully remote (Global)
- Flexible schedule
Contract and Payment Terms
- Engagement as an independent contractor
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance
- No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution will be required
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
