Keystone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Specialist to validate AI-generated code, refine technical prompts, and benchmark algorithms for leading AI research labs. This is a part-time remote contract position, leveraging 2+ years of engineering expertise to enhance intelligent system capabilities through structured technical review.
As a Software Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and feasibility of AI-generated content and algorithms, providing valuable insights to advance AI research and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated code, prompts, and responses for technical accuracy and adherence to best practices.
- Validate algorithms and software concepts across multiple programming languages.
- Provide detailed feedback on solution quality, clarity, and implementation feasibility.
- Organize content by topic, difficulty level, and programming language proficiency.
- Support model benchmarking to assess technical capabilities and limitations.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or content development.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in key programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in debugging, testing, and code validation.
- Excellent technical writing skills with meticulous attention to implementation details.
Project Details
This role offers an immediate start with a project duration of 1-2 months. The commitment is flexible, ranging from 15-25 hours per week, with the possibility to extend up to 40 hours. You will work on a remote platform with clear evaluation guidelines. The onboarding process includes resume submission followed by a 15-minute AI interview.
