Software Engineer, LLM Developer at Keystone Recruitment
Keystone Recruitment is seeking a talented Software Engineer, LLM Developer to join their team as an independent contractor. This fully remote, part-time hourly contract offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the cutting edge of AI-driven systems by refining, validating, and supporting large language model (LLM) capabilities.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing AI-generated content, ensuring technical accuracy, and providing structured feedback to improve solution quality. This project-based role is ideal for experienced software engineers with a strong background in technical research and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code.
- Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy.
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
- Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language.
- Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s minimum; advanced degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++, among other popular languages.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code.
- Comfortable with technical writing and attention to detail.
Project Timeline & Commitment
This engagement offers an immediate start date with an initial duration of 1-2 months. The commitment is part-time, typically 15-25 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week. This is a fully remote role allowing you to work on your own schedule.

Contract and Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor, with weekly payments processed via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
