About the Role: Software Engineer - LLM Developer
Keystone Recruitment is seeking a talented Software Engineer - LLM Developer for an immediate, part-time hourly contract position. This fully remote role offers flexibility and focuses on refining and validating AI-generated content and underlying algorithms to build the future of AI-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code.
- Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy.
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
- Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language.
- Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s minimum; advanced degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++, among other popular languages.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code.
- Comfortable with technical writing and attention to detail.
Project Timeline & Commitment
This contract offers an immediate start with an estimated duration of 1-2 months. The commitment is part-time, ranging from 15-25 hours/week, with flexibility to increase up to 40 hours/week based on project needs.

Contract and Payment Terms
This is an independent contractor role with weekly payments processed via Stripe or Wise.
