Overview

The Software Engineer LLM Developer AI role at Keystone Recruitment is a remote, hourly contract position. The focus is on refining AI-generated prompts and code, validating algorithms, and providing detailed feedback on technical solutions. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience with popular programming languages including Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ and possess strong testing and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code.
• Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
• Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language.
• Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities.

Ideal Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of software engineering or technical research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, among other languages.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code.
• Skilled in technical writing with strong attention to detail.

Project Timeline & Engagement

Start Date: Immediate Duration: 1–2 months Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours/week, potentially up to 40 hours/week)
