Keystone Recruitment is seeking highly skilled Software Engineers to work on high-impact special projects for one of their clients. This 100% remote opportunity is tailored for experienced engineers who excel in dynamic environments and enjoy tackling complex, open-ended technical challenges.
As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in advanced initiatives, requiring robust system design, rapid execution, and independent ownership of projects.
Ideal Profile
- Strong background in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering production-grade systems.
- Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous, high-impact projects.
- Experience in building scalable systems, developing essential tools, or managing infrastructure.
- Comfortable operating within fast-paced, research-driven, or experimental environments.

Engagement Details
- Hourly contract offering $100–$200 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
- Fully remote work arrangement, allowing for global participation.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate diverse working preferences.
Contract and Payment Terms
- Engagement is as an independent contractor.
- Project durations are flexible and may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on evolving needs and performance.
- Crucially, no access to confidential or proprietary information from any current or past employer, client, or institution will be required.
- Weekly payments are processed conveniently via Stripe or Wise.
