Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex end-to-end consulting workflows, from problem structuring to analysis and synthesis, into clear task specifications and robust evaluation rubrics.
• Meticulously review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, including detailed market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and concise executive summaries.
• Develop and create high-quality reference examples such as issue trees, analytical models, and slide outlines, ensuring they adhere to professional consulting standards.
• Identify logical gaps, unsupported assumptions, and instances of weak reasoning within AI outputs; document recurring failure patterns and provide comprehensive improvement guidance.
• Engage in asynchronous collaboration with researchers and fellow contributors, utilizing structured documentation and providing clear written feedback to drive project progress.

Ideal Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience gained at a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• Profound understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and the ability to perform executive-level synthesis effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing PowerPoint and Excel for complex analysis and presentation.
• Demonstrated experience with market sizing methodologies, comprehensive financial and operating analysis, and qualitative research techniques.
• Exceptional written communication and highly developed structured thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently and consistently meet project deadlines within a remote work setting.
