About the Role
Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced Software Engineers to support a high-priority data collection initiative. This project aims to enhance how AI systems comprehend complex software interfaces and multi-step real-world workflows. The focus is on capturing authentic, expert-level usage of professional software tools through high-quality screen recordings and detailed interface annotations. The collected data will significantly advance AI systems’ understanding of digital work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Record screen sessions demonstrating specific tasks with clear verbal narration.
- Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements.
- Follow staging instructions to configure specific UI states prior to recording.
- Utilize a custom capture tool for accurate workflow documentation.
- Adhere strictly to task guidelines to ensure high-quality, usable data.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Blender, Godot, GIMP, R, Wings 3D.
- Access to a physical Mac (ability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required).
- Fluent English communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured instructions precisely.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in data annotation, QA, or structured data collection.
- Experience recording workflows or creating tutorial-style documentation.
- Familiarity with staged or controlled software environments.
