Role Overview
Keystone Recruitment is seeking highly skilled Software Engineers to work on high-impact special projects for one of our clients. This 100% remote opportunity is designed for experienced engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments and excel at solving complex, open-ended technical challenges.
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to advanced initiatives that require strong system design capabilities, efficient execution, and the ability to take independent ownership of tasks.
Ideal Profile
- Strong background in software engineering with experience delivering production-grade systems.
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-impact projects.
- Experience building scalable systems, tools, or infrastructure.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, research-driven or experimental environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Engagement Details
- Hourly contract: $100–$200 per hour (based on experience and expertise).
- Fully remote work arrangement.
- Flexible schedule.
Contract and Payment Terms
- Engagement as an independent contractor.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
- No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution will be required.
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.
