Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be crucial in ensuring clarity, usability, and elegant interface design. This role encompasses the entire design process, from initial discovery and user flow mapping to high-fidelity execution across critical product surfaces. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver intuitive, thoughtful, and scalable experiences, elevating the design standards within a rapidly growing organization. This position is ideal for a professional who blends strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives from concept to final implementation on web platforms.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams for precise implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback for iterative improvements.
• Champion user-centered decision-making in roadmap and strategy discussions.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance are integral to designs.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web-based products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design thinking.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to polished, high-quality interfaces.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a design system.
• Familiarity with frontend development constraints (React, CSS, responsive design principles).
• Experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products.
