Research Assistant
Keystone Recruitment is seeking highly skilled professionals for a Research Assistant role to participate in compensated research conversations. This is an hourly contract position, perfect for those with a strong analytical or technical background looking to share their expertise and insights while earning compensation for their time.
This opportunity is fully remote and open to candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia, who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their jurisdiction.
Professional Background
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Experience in technical or analytical roles, including but not limited to:
- Software engineering, data science, product management, and design
- Engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, chemical, aerospace, etc.)
- Finance & quantitative roles (investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, trading, FP&A)
- Science & research fields
- A technical degree (STEM preferred) or current employment in a highly technical knowledge-based occupation.
Additional Preferences
Individuals who currently maintain investment or brokerage accounts with platforms such as Vanguard, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Betterment, Robinhood, Interactive Brokers, SoFi, E*Trade, TD Ameritrade, or Wealthfront are of particular interest.
What to Expect
- A concise survey (45–60 minutes) featuring multiple-choice questions, short answers, and voice-recorded responses.
- Questions will focus on your experiences, financial behavior, decision-making processes, and the tools you utilize.
- Your participation will be completely confidential.
Contract and Payment Terms
- Engagement is as an independent contractor, offering flexible, remote work that can be completed on your own schedule.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on client needs and your performance.
- This work will not involve accessing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
- Payments are processed weekly via Stripe or Wise, based on services rendered.
- Please note: H1-B or STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported for this role at this time.
