Research Assistant

Role Overview

The Research Assistant role at Keystone Recruitment is a remote, project-based opportunity to contribute to advanced AI research. You will work on a large-scale supervised fine-tuning initiative aimed at improving language model responses to real-world questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts reflecting natural inquiry.
• Review and edit AI-generated responses for clarity.
• Write high-quality human-authored responses.
• Generate prompt variations to test model behavior.
• Evaluate outputs across varying tones and styles.
• Identify ambiguities and potential failure cases.

Ideal Qualifications

Current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate with strong writing, critical thinking, and communication skills. Must have high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Engagement Details

This position is fully remote and asynchronous with expected commitment of 10–40 hours per week. It is a project-based engagement with potential for extension, offered on an independent contractor basis.

Compensation & Contract Terms

Compensation is USD35–45 per hour, based on experience and performance. Applicants will work as independent contractors.
