The Research Assistant role at Keystone Recruitment is a remote, project-based opportunity with a leading AI research team. This position is ideal for strong writers and critical thinkers interested in applied AI research and working independently on a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic prompts that mirror natural question asking.
- Review and edit AI-generated responses for clarity.
- Write high-quality human-authored responses.
- Generate prompt variations to test model behavior.
- Evaluate responses across differing lengths and tones.
- Identify ambiguities and weaknesses in model outputs.
Ideal Qualifications
Current undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduate with excellent written communication and critical thinking skills. Must be able to synthesize information clearly, have high attention to detail, and work independently in a remote environment. Applicants from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Engagement Details
Fully remote and asynchronous with an expected commitment of approximately 10–40 hours per week. This is a project-based engagement with potential for extension, performed on an independent contractor basis.
Compensation & Contract Terms
Compensation is between $35–$45 per hour based on experience and performance, under independent contractor classification.
