Keystone Recruitment is collaborating with a leading AI research team on a significant supervised fine-tuning (SFT) initiative. This project aims to enhance how advanced language models effectively respond to real-world questions, making AI interactions more natural and precise. We are seeking talented writers and critical thinkers to join as independent contractors, offering a flexible, project-based engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop realistic prompts that accurately mirror how individuals naturally ask questions across diverse general topics.
• Review and meticulously edit AI-generated responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and overall usefulness.
• Compose high-quality human-authored responses for selected prompts, serving as a gold standard for AI models.
• Generate subtle variations of existing prompts to rigorously test nuanced differences in model behavior and understanding.
• Evaluate AI responses across various lengths, tones, and instructional styles for consistency and quality.
• Systematically identify ambiguities, inherent weaknesses, or outright failure cases within model outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student, or a recent university graduate.
• Demonstrated strong written communication skills and superior critical thinking abilities.
• Proven capacity to synthesize complex information clearly and accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when comparing and evaluating similar written responses.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively within a fully remote working environment.

Engagement Details

• This is a fully remote and asynchronous role, allowing you to work entirely on your own schedule.
• Expected commitment typically ranges from 10 to 40 hours per week.
• The engagement is project-based, with a strong potential for extension depending on ongoing project requirements.
• Work will be performed strictly on an independent contractor basis.

Compensation & Contract Terms

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, determined by experience and performance. This role is classified as an independent contractor position.
