Job Description
About the Role
The Research Assistant role at Research Assistant supports an accelerated initiative to improve AI systems designed for therapeutic-style conversations. This position is fully remote and requires immediate availability after onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and compare pairs of AI-generated responses.
- Evaluate responses based on empathy, tone, and clarity.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and alignment gaps.
- Produce improved rewrites when standards are not met.
- Provide structured written feedback following guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to assess tone, emotional nuance, and supportive communication.
- High attention to detail and consistency.
- Immediate availability post onboarding.
Ideal Background
- Experience in psychology, counseling, communications, or behavioral sciences.
- Prior experience evaluating AI content, writing, editing, or QA.
- Familiarity with mental health–adjacent communication standards.
Contract & Payment Details
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Fully remote with a flexible schedule.
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.
- Project duration based on performance and business needs.
