Research Assistant

Role Overview

The Research Assistant role at Keystone Recruitment is a remote, project-based opportunity in AI research. You will collaborate with a leading AI research team on a large-scale supervised fine-tuning initiative aimed at improving advanced language models' responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts mirroring natural question patterns.
• Review and edit AI responses for clarity and accuracy.
• Write high-quality human-authored answers to selected prompts.
• Generate prompt variations to test model behavior.
• Evaluate responses across different tones and lengths.
• Identify ambiguities or failure cases in model outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

Candidates should be current or recent students with strong written communication, critical thinking skills, and high attention to detail. Applicants must be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Engagement Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous work schedule.
• Commitment of approximately 10–40 hours per week.
• Project-based independent contractor position.

Compensation & Contract Terms

The hourly rate ranges from USD 35 to 45 based on experience and performance. This is an independent contractor role.
