Role Overview

Keystone Recruitment's client is actively seeking dedicated Remote Medical Clinical Fellows, excluding radiology specialists, to join a crucial project focused on advancing medical reasoning capabilities through lab data analysis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with research teams at a leading AI laboratory, playing a pivotal part in evaluating, refining, and rigorously stress-testing cutting-edge AI systems. Your primary contribution will involve the meticulous creation of diagnostic cases and corresponding scoring rubrics, essential for ensuring the accurate AI assessment of lab-based medical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive diagnostic cases utilizing medical lab data for AI evaluation purposes.
• Design and implement precise scoring rubrics to effectively assess AI-generated responses and reasoning.
• Thoroughly review and refine AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy and sound medical reasoning.
• Engage in collaborative work with interdisciplinary research teams within a structured, professional environment.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation of all findings and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program (radiology specialization is not applicable).
• Possess a U.S.-based MD or DO degree.
• Demonstrate strong experience in interpreting medical lab panels and applying clinical reasoning based on lab results.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for team collaboration and documentation.
• Show exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical thinking capabilities.
• Express a genuine interest in contributing to the advancement of AI applications within medicine and healthcare.

Role Details

• Expected commitment ranges from 20 to 40 hours per week.
• Project duration is a minimum of three months, with potential opportunities for extension.
• This is a fully remote role, offering a flexible work schedule.

This engagement is structured as an independent contractor role. Project terms may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on evolving needs and performance.
