Records Coordinator Role Overview

The Records Coordinator position at Keystone Recruitment is a remote hourly contract role where you contribute subject matter expertise to AI training initiatives focused on intelligent document management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert in physical and digital filing systems.
  • Annotate and structure datasets for AI document categorization.
  • Provide detailed feedback on AI outputs and document classification.
  • Simulate real-world filing scenarios, including edge cases.
  • Develop documentation outlining filing rules, taxonomy and standards.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data teams to refine workflows.
  • Evaluate AI performance in various filing systems.
  • Contribute insights to improve automation accuracy and retrieval processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must have proven experience as a File Clerk, Records Clerk, or Records Specialist with a strong understanding of alphabetical, numerical, chronological, and subject-based filing systems. Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with office software and digital management systems are essential. Preferred candidates have experience with digital records management (EDMS), data annotation, and AI projects.
