Key Responsibilities
- Develop nuanced psychology-based tasks that accurately reflect real-world scenarios, established theories, and current research applications.
- Review AI-generated responses to ensure conceptual accuracy, ethical soundness, and profound psychological insight.
- Create authoritative benchmark answers, demonstrating best-practice reasoning in line with recognized clinical or academic standards.
- Identify specific model limitations and provide structured, actionable recommendations for improving AI outputs on psychological topics.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and peer reviewers, delivering detailed written feedback to drive iterative improvements.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD or PsyD in psychology or a closely related academic field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in clinical practice, academic research, teaching, or applied psychology settings.
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of psychological theory, diagnostic criteria, research methods, and established ethical frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and written communication skills, with a proven ability to critically evaluate reasoning and logical structure.
- Familiarity with both academic and applied contexts across multiple psychology subfields.
Role Details
- Expected commitment: 10+ hours per week.
