Psychologist AI Trainer at Keystone Recruitment
Our client is seeking licensed psychologists (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to contribute clinical expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems in mental health. This remote role combines psychology, research, and technology to ensure AI tools are accurate, empathetic, and clinically sound.
Role Overview
As a Psychologist AI Trainer, you will apply your knowledge of assessment, psychotherapy, and psychological testing to improve AI understanding of human behavior. You will analyze clinical scenarios, guide AI responses, and ensure outputs adhere to ethical and evidence-based psychological practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and annotate clinical interactions for AI training and evaluation.

- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology.
