Keystone Recruitment is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists for a pivotal remote role. You will support the advancement of clinical decision-support systems focusing on behavioral health diagnostics, psychopharmacology, and longitudinal mental health care. This unique position bridges real-world psychiatric practice with applied AI, ensuring safe, accurate clinical reasoning and risk assessment representations within cutting-edge systems.
About the Role
As a Psychiatrist, you will leverage your expertise to meticulously review, annotate, and validate behavioral health datasets. Your critical clinical insights will directly influence and shape AI systems designed for diagnostic reasoning, medication management, and complex mental health evaluations, ensuring their accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and label psychiatric evaluations, progress notes, and case data.
- Validate diagnoses, symptom clusters, medication regimens, and risk assessments.
- Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and alignment with DSM-5 and APA guidelines.
- Review AI-generated treatment summaries for safety and appropriateness.
- Define annotation standards for mood, psychotic, anxiety, trauma-related, and substance use disorders.
- Advise on complex presentations including suicidality, comorbidities, and treatment resistance.
Ideal Qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active U.S. medical license.
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in psychopharmacology and structured risk assessment.
- Interest in medical AI, informatics, or clinical data validation preferred.
