Role Overview: Psychiatrist (Remote)
Keystone Recruitment is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists for an hourly contract. This fully remote role is critical to the development of advanced clinical decision-support systems focusing on behavioral health diagnostics, psychopharmacology, and longitudinal mental health care. You will bridge real-world psychiatric practice with applied AI, ensuring safe and accurate clinical reasoning and risk assessment representations within these systems.
About the Role
As a Psychiatrist, you will apply your extensive psychiatric expertise to review, annotate, and validate behavioral health datasets. Your clinical insights will directly shape innovative AI systems used for diagnostic reasoning, medication management, and complex mental health evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and label psychiatric evaluations, progress notes, and case data.
- Validate diagnoses, symptom clusters, medication regimens, and risk assessments.
- Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and alignment with DSM-5 and APA guidelines.
- Review AI-generated treatment summaries for safety and appropriateness.
- Define annotation standards for mood, psychotic, anxiety, trauma-related, and substance use disorders.
- Advise on complex presentations including suicidality, comorbidities, and treatment resistance.
Ideal Qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active U.S. medical license.
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in psychopharmacology and structured risk assessment.
- Interest in medical AI, informatics, or clinical data validation preferred.
