Project Manager at Keystone Recruitment
Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Management Specialists to support a leading AI research lab. This fully remote, independent contractor engagement focuses on applying project management expertise to analyze, structure, and solve real-world challenges that inform AI research and operational workflows. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives while working remotely across various global locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenarios.
- Analyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination challenges.
- Review and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance.
- Provide domain-specific insights to help identify gaps or limitations in current AI system outputs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, coordination, and delivery practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Engagement Details
This is a fully remote, independent contractor role with an expected workload of approximately 15 hours per week, flexible to scale up to 30+ hours. The project start is immediate, with an initial duration of 3–4 weeks and potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
Compensation & Contract Terms
Hourly compensation is market-indexed, ranging from USD 90-150/hour, aligned with role scope, experience, and applicable local labor standards. Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. Engagement is on an independent contractor basis, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
Eligibility
Applicants must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in their country of residence within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia.
