Project Manager

Role Overview

Our client, a leading AI research lab, is actively seeking experienced Project Managers to contribute to advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This hourly contract engagement focuses on applying project management expertise to analyze, structure, and resolve real-world challenges, thereby informing AI research and optimizing operational workflows. This opportunity provides significant flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to contribute directly to cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenarios.
• Analyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination challenges.
• Review and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance.
• Provide domain-specific insights to help identify gaps or limitations in current AI system outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, coordination, and delivery practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Engagement Details

• This is a fully remote, independent contractor role.
• The expected workload is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours.
• Project start is immediate.
• Initial project duration is approximately 3–4 weeks, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Hourly compensation is market-indexed and aligned with role scope, experience, and applicable local labor standards.
• Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
• Engagement is on an independent contractor basis, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.

Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in their country of residence (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia).
