Keystone Recruitment is looking for experienced Project Management Specialists to support a leading AI research lab advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This fully remote, independent contractor role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenarios.
• Analyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination challenges.
• Review and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance.
• Provide domain-specific insights to help identify gaps or limitations in current AI system outputs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or a closely related field. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, coordination, and delivery practices. Excellent written communication skills with exceptional grammar and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Engagement Details

• Contract type: Independent contractor on an hourly basis.
• Expected weekly workload: approximately 15 hours (potential to scale to 30+ hours).
• Project duration: 3–4 weeks with potential extension.
• Compensation: USD 90-150 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe or Wise.
