About the Project Manager Role

The Project Manager role at Keystone Recruitment supports a leading AI research lab advancing next-generation machine learning systems. The position is fully remote and offers flexibility and autonomy. It involves applying project management expertise to analyze, structure, and solve real-world challenges, while reviewing and refining AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenarios.
• Analyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination challenges.
• Review and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity and accuracy.
• Provide domain-specific insights to identify gaps in current AI system outputs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or a related field, with strong understanding of project lifecycle management and excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment is essential.

Engagement Details

• Fully remote, independent contractor role
• Approximately 15 hours per week, scalable to 30+ hours
• Immediate project start with an initial duration of 3-4 weeks and potential extension

Compensation & Contract Terms

Hourly compensation is market-indexed between USD 90-150/hour. Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise, and the engagement is on an independent contractor basis.
